The Solutions Consultant is the customer-facing product expert at magicplan, responsible for onboarding and activation while shaping commercial outcomes. Your goal is to help customers quickly reach clear, measurable business value by embedding magicplan into their real-world restoration workflows.
This role operates within an evolving consultative PLG motion. While core activation goals are defined, many processes, success metrics, and prioritization rules are still being refined. You’ll also play a critical role in revenue influence by spotting expansion potential early (teams, locations, use cases), addressing adoption objections that block growth, and partnering with Growth Advisors to convert activation into renewals and expansion. This role requires comfort making tradeoffs, prioritizing impact, and confidently declining lower-signal requests to protect scalability and prioritize the accounts and motions most likely to drive revenue.
